About

“1 Asset Management” contributes to the growth of education in Lithuania and has invested in a new 6,100 sq. m. school in the northern part of Vilnius, designed for and leased to the rapidly growing private school “Šiaurės Licėjus”.

Investment Object:

Location – Vanaginės St. 51A, Riešė, Vilnius.

Facilities – Modern school premises equipped with a canteen, swimming pool, and sports hall, designed for kindergarten and grades 1-12 students, accommodating up to 620 students.

Lease Agreement – Long-term lease and property share buyout agreements have been signed with the operator of “Šiaurės Licėjus”.

Revenue – A cash-flow-generating asset with an average annual return of approximately 10%.

Strategic Location – Convenient for children from Didžioji Riešė, Gulbinai, Bajorai, Bendorėliai, and other growing surrounding communities, ensuring access to education closer to home.

Educational Approach – The school follows Nordic educational principles, with its architecture designed to foster a sense of community.
