The IAM Rome Prime Real Estate Development Fund is a real estate investment fund investing in a project in the center of Rome. The historic Teatro delle Arti building in the prestigious Ludovisi district will be converted into a 110+ room 5-star hotel with a restaurant, terrace, and a multifunctional art and entertainment space.
