Will expand the Poland student housing portfolio to 2,340 beds
“This project responds to the growing demand for modern co-living accommodation in Gdansk. We are pleased to have completed the preparatory phase and to be moving into the construction stage. We have selected strong development and construction partners who will ensure smooth project implementation and the highest quality standards. The project will complement the CEE Student Housing Fund, which invests in modern student housing across the CEE region, and will strengthen the Poland portfolio, which already includes three such projects – one in Krakow and two in Warsaw. The project being developed in Gdansk will become part of the SHED Living network of modern student housing. Once completed, the total number of beds in the Poland portfolio will reach 2,340,” says Matas Mockeliūnas, Partner of the CEE Student Housing Fund managed by 1 Asset Management.
