1 Asset Management has expanded its team with the appointment of Investor Relations Manager Grytė Kaminskienė, who brings more than a decade of experience in B2B sales, finance, business development, and team management.

Throughout her career, Grytė has worked in organisations of various sizes – from growing businesses to international companies – across both the finance and energy sectors. Most recently, she held the position of Investment Manager, where she deepened her expertise in investments and private debt while working closely with investor needs. Prior to that, she led sales and business solutions teams in the energy sector, where she was responsible for B2B client relations and the development of electricity, gas, solar energy, and electric vehicle solutions. Earlier in her career, she developed and expanded international sales channels and teams within the financial sector.

1 Asset Management currently manages assets exceeding EUR 740 million and oversees 12 investment funds. Four of these are currently open for investment: IAM Global Thematic Equity Fund, an equity fund investing in companies linked to long-term global trends; 1AM Fixed Income Fund, focused on high-yield bonds; NuCapital, a private debt fund; and IAM Petcare Growth Fund, which invests in veterinary clinics across the Baltic states and the CEE region.
