Renowned Lithuanian investor, entrepreneur, and philanthropist Marius Jakulis Jason has joined the shareholders of the fund management company 1 Asset Management. The company’s partners believe that this step will strengthen the firm’s capital base and contribute to further growth and expansion.

Marius Jakulis Jason has acquired 29.35% of the company’s shares. The remaining shares are owned by the company’s management team.
