Shed Living Warsaw – Campus Living, one of the student housing projects in Warsaw in which the CEE Student Housing fund managed by 1 Asset Management invests, has received international BREEAM In-Use certification with an Excellent rating. The building achieved an overall score of 70.7%.

In the Asset Performance assessment, the highest scores were achieved in resilience (88.9%), health and wellbeing (82.6%), resources (75%) and water efficiency (73.7%). These results reflect attention to both the building’s technical features and its occupants’ everyday experience.

A focus on everyday comfort

The building achieved maximum points for daylight, views out, lighting control and occupants’ ability to adjust indoor comfort conditions. These features allow residents to adapt their living environment to their individual needs.

Shared leisure spaces and inclusive design accommodating a range of user needs also received top marks. Proximity to public transport and everyday amenities further supports convenient daily living.

Responsible use of resources

A water leak detection system and dedicated waste sorting and recycling facilities were also among the highest-rated features. These measures help identify water losses promptly and support responsible waste management.

The result achieved by Shed Living Warsaw – Campus Living demonstrates how complementary features contribute to building quality: from natural light and individually adjustable comfort settings to resource conservation and an accessible environment.
