ABOUT

IAM Kaunas Student Housing sub-fund manages as many as 267-room student houses in Kaunas. This project is operated under the Solo Society brand. The student house is located in the central part of Kaunas, near LSMU, and VDU universities.

Over 300 students live in these houses every year. The building has designed cozy rooms, and modern and comfortable common spaces for comfortable living, studying, and communication. Solo Society opened its doors in 2018.
