ABOUT

IAM European Student Housing Fund aims to create a regional portfolio of modern and sustainable purpose build student accommodation assets (“PBSA”). The assets would be located in the carefully selected locations across the largest regional university cities with growing international student population in CEE and the Baltics. The targeted region is attractive because of the existing and constantly increasing gap between private student accommodation demand and supply.

The Fund investments will also address existing obsolete public student housing infrastructure and will significantly improve living conditions of the students. The assets will be intelligently designed to meet the evolving needs of the students and will be operated on the highest standards, where the focus will be placed on the community building, wellbeing of the residents and sustainability.

Ultimately by creating the best-in class product we aim to produce high returns for our investors.
