ABOUT

The IAM European Student Housing Fund aims to create a regional network of modern and sustainable student housing. Our projects are developed in the largest university cities in the regions of Central and Eastern Europe and the Baltic States. The latter also receives an increasing number of foreign students every year. The cities where we plan to actively invest are attractive for the development of this asset class, as the demand for such modern and specially adapted housing for students greatly exceeds the supply.

The fund’s investments will have a positive impact on the renewal of social infrastructure in those regions where outdated university dormitories currently dominate. This will allow students to live more modernly and comfortably! Our planned buildings will feature best-practice designs and will be operated to the highest standards. Great attention will be paid to community development, well-being, and sustainability.

The fund will strive to ensure that the investments made create the best product on the market for students and bring financial returns to our investors.
