ABOUT

IAM Riga student housing sub-fund currently develops 240 rooms private student house in Riga. The project is located 20min on foot from the oldtown, nearby Latvian and RTU university campuses. Over 300 students and young professionals will find their home here every year.

The building is designed to include cozy rooms, comfortable common areas for students to live, study and create communities. It is planned that project will be opened in 2022 Q3.
