From the beginning of this month, Ieva Naščišonienė – a professional with international experience in prestigious real estate – joined the team of the management company “1 Asset Management”. I. Naščišonienė joins the team as the manager of investment projects of “Luxury Hotels Fund”.

My main clients were Hongkongers, Singaporeans, Chinese, Japanese and others from Far Eastern countries. Not only did I work with the sales or rental segment in the prestigious London districts of Mayfair, Marylebone, Knightsbridge or Holland Park, but I also looked for investment properties and managed the portfolios of professional investors,” says I. Naščišonienė.

Ieva’s experience includes sales at prestigious London properties One Hyde Park, Embassy Gardens, The Tower, as well as prestigious addresses in Sloane Square, Cadogan Gardens, Berkeley Square, Portland Place, etc.

“I myself actively invest in real estate, because I believe that in the long term it is one of the safest investment products. I have experience not only in the residential real estate segment, but also in the hotel industry. While working with prestigious housing in London, I had the opportunity to see very closely both the aesthetic beauty of those objects, created by the world’s most famous designers and architects, as well as the business approach of wealthy families and investors from all over the world, as well as the principles and business strategies of building a real estate portfolio” adds I Naščišonienė.
