ABOUT

The investments of the CEE Student Housing sub-fund are aimed at the development and operation of modern, private student houses in the region of Central and Eastern Europe and the Baltic States. The planned size of the fund during the five-year investment period is 125 million EUR.

The funds raised will be used for the construction and reconstruction of modern student houses and the purchase of existing student houses. More than half of the raised funds are planned to be used in the Polish market, 20% in the Baltic countries, and the rest in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Hungary.

Our strategy focuses on sustainability aspects, which will be ensured by the international student housing operator. Additionally, all student houses are planned to be certified according to the BREEAM sustainability assessment system.
