ABOUT

IAM CEE Student Housing Sub-fund is a real estate investment fund investing in modern purpose-built student accommodation (“PBSA”) assets across CEE and Baltics region.

The fund targets main academic cities with large supply and demand imbalance for student housing. It expects to develop and together with an international operator manage an up to 5,000 beds portfolio where all the buildings will be BREEAM certified.

More than a half of the targeted 125 million euros capital is planned to be allocated in Polish market, 20% in Baltics and the rest should be invested in Slovakia, Czech Republic and Hungary.
