IAM Krakow student housing sub-fund develops and builds private student house in Krakow. The object is in an attractive location, 20 min on foot to the city oldtown and nearby AGH and Jogelonian University campuses. Over 750 students and young professionals will be able to enjoy living there.
In the building we designed cozy rooms, modern and comfortable common areas dedicated for living, studying and creating communities. It is planned that 566 rooms student housing project will be opened in Q3 2023.
