On the 25 th October “IAM Student Housing Fund’s” largest private student housing project has opened in Krakow, Poland. This is the first co-living project of “1 Asset Management” in this country.

“This is our biggest and most ambitious project, more than double the size of our projects in Vilnius and Riga combined. We see great prospects for the project in Krakow and other major Polish cities – we are impressed by the size of Poland, the number of higher education students and the still unoccupied niche of quality housing for students and young professionals. A second project is currently being developed in Warsaw, the capital of Poland, and new opportunities are also being sought in other major cities,” says Matas Mockeliūnas, the fund’s partner responsible for investments.

“Shed Living” in Krakow is located at 51a Aleja 3 Maja. The project has 566 rooms, the average room size is 19 square meters. In addition to comfortable rooms, over 1400 sq. m. are dedicated to common spaces: fully equipped gym, cinema hall, study rooms, common kitchens, chill zones and yoga studios. For the convenience of residents, there is a parking lot with 188 spaces.
